Songwriter John Carter had earlier collaborated with writer Ken Lewis on such big hits as "Little Bit Of Soul" (Music Explosion) and "Can't You Hear My Heartbeat" (Herman's Hermits), as well as on the music (and vocals) for the Ivy League. This is a copy of the release with the glorious, full 4:59 version of the song. (Some copies of the release have an edited version.) Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage UK Records factory sleeve. This styrene pressing has nearly pristine audio. I apologize for the scan, which did a lousy job of picking up the subtle contrast between the text and background on the labels.
