Classic 45 Record: Fever/ Letter From My Darling by Little Willie John (King 4935, 1956)Here's a beautiful copy of one of the best and most influential hits of 1956, during the birth of rock'n'roll. It well deserves it's place at #109 in Dave Marsh's list of the 1,001 greatest singles of the rock era. There've been many other versions since this, but none better. Note: This single is from a large collection we've purchased whose records typically have mint or near-mint audio and near-mint vinyl. The labels are near mint as well, but the owner had a habit of writing a date in small print on the B side label. In this case, the date is not as noticeable because of the dark blue background. The A side label is pristine!
