From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original picture sleeve. This terrific rocker was the first that added Patty Smyth's name to the credits, and she had even more success in a later solo career. Still, a lot of the credit for the success of this recording goes to lead guitarist (and band founder) Zack Smith, whose antics here are almost drool-worthy. Not to detract from Smyth's contribution on lead vocals, but just to set the record straight, since this was Scandal's biggest hit in their original formation, which included such must-have non-hits as "Goodbye To You." By the way, this 45, which was the hit version of the song, is a specially edited version of a 4:03 album track. Note: This copy has light storage wear, with Near Mint labels rather than Mint. The vinyl (styrene) and audio are pristine Mint, and the picture sleeve is nearly flawless. Condition Detail:Label: M- | Vinyl: M | Audio: MWritten by: H. Knight-M. Gilder (A), Z. Smith-P. Smith-K.
