Can't You Hear My Heartbeat/ I Know Why

This is an original copy of the group's first Top 10 U.S. hit, following their first chart single, "I'm Into Something Good." This terrific rocker floats to near the top of Hermits fans' lists of their favorite hits. Obviously, we like it, too, giving it our highest, 2-star recommendation. By the way, the writers of this great tune went on to pen several of the best 1960s Pop hits, including "A Little Bit Of Soul" by Music Explosion, "Let's Go To San Francisco" by the Flower Pots, "Tossing and Turning" by Ivy League, and "Funny How Love Can Be" by various, including First Class in the 1970s. Note: This copy comes in a vintage MGM Records factory sleeve. It has Near Mint labels, and the audio grades Near Mint overall, despite a small amount of surface noise right at the beginning. The vinyl grades a strong EX, reflecting a few scuffs.
