Congratulations/ Caesar Haircut

This is a new, unplayed stock copy from the Louise Neal 45 Collection. An A side ballad and B side rocker. Note: These copies (Neal has three) have two "x" marks on the A label (see scan), but they're pretty unobtrusive; the B labels are pristine. After a deep cleaning, the vinyl on my test copy (I'm assuming all three are roughly identical) looks untouched, and the audio sounds pristine.
