This is the first release of "Don't Make Promises," which, as unlikely as it may seem, was later covered by RnB singer Z.Z. Hill. Gary Pucket & the Union Gap also recorded a fine version of the song, and it also appeared on the B side of a subsequent Hardin single. Despite all this, the song is still not as well known as it should be. Note: This beautiful promo 45 has Mint labels, and the vinyl looks untouched. The audio grades Near Mint.
