Don't You Just Know It/ High Blood Pressure

Besides the great A side, which Dave Marsh includes in his list of the 1,001 greatest singles of Rock'n'Soul, this single offers an equally catchy and danceable B side... both sides are definitely among the high points for Huey "Piano" Smith and his band. (Which, by the way, backed many other New Orleans-based recordings over the years, including, most famously, "Sea Cruise," the original hit by Frankie Ford, also on the Ace label.) Note: This nice copy has a little writing on each label, as well as light yellowing of the white background color, grading a strong EX overall. The vinyl looks well used, but not abused, grading EX in appearance. The audio grades EX as well, reflecting the amount of light surface noise that's audible beneath the otherwise-bright and undistorted sound; A side audio audio is slightly better than the B.
