There were several groups named "Larks" over the years. This incarnation was active in the early 1960s. The A side is a nice RnB vocal group ballad, while the flip is a raucous early Soul dancer celebrating the Twist craze. The A side label has a checkmark on it (see scan), and the B side has a date penciled as well as a stamp reading "Via Air Mail."
