This beautiful copy is from the rarest pressing of this single, on the white Paula label (not marked as a promo, but may be one). Here's another recording (like "Build Me Up Buttercup") that mines the musical ground between Northern Soul and Bubblegum. Did I mention that I like this ground a lot? Note: This 45 record comes in a vintage Paula Records factory sleeve. The A label has a circled "60" inked on it (I didn't even notice it at first)... see scan. The vinyl looks almost untouched, and the audio is so close to perfect I'm grading it Mint... what a great recording!
