Somewhere/ It's A Cryin' Shame

Another fine two-fer from Len Barry... the A side is a cover of the West Side Story classic (in a surprising uptempo version), and the B side is a great uptempo, Motown-style stomper. Judging from the catalog numbers, it's clear that Decca intended "It's A Cryin' Shame" to be the hit... but "Somewhere" came out of "Nowhere" to win programmers' hearts, I guess. (Sorry about that!) Note: This is a beautiful, pristine Mint copy.
