This is the first time for this beautiful original Tough one to turn up these days and what a piece of history!   The customer sleeve is worth the price of admission alone and is in Near Mint condition with a small 22 penciled on side.  The 45 record grades Near Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio) on the A-side.   The softer B-side has a bit more surface noise grading EX+
