This was Syl Johnson's first chart single. The flip is a top-notch northern soul track. Note: This is from a lot of new, unplayed copies (all with drillholes), but this copy has a serious flaw on the A side. The vinyl has a scratch across most of its surface that causes a click on each spin. I would rate the audio here as VG. The B side, though, is clean and rates near mint for audio. The ratings, then, are a blend of those for the A and B sides.
