Here's a beautiful copy of Dusty Springfield's first hit single, another of England's own making her way in the States. Besides the classic A side — one of the best tunes of the girl group era, which amazingly enough failed to crack the Bilozoard Top 10 — the flip could have been a hit too. Same big, Phil Spector-ish production backing her up, with Dusty belting out one of her own compositions. Note: This 45 record comes with a vintage Philips Records factory sleeve. It has Near Mint labels. The vinyl (styrene) looks Near Mint as well, and miraculously the grooves preserve pristine Mint sound, both sides! (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
