Kangaroo/ It Ain't What You Got

Here's a terrific rarity from 1964. Released a little too late for the heyday of the "Land of 1,000 Silly Dance Titles," "The Kangaroo" kind of fell between the cracks of two station turntables. :-) Yet it's got a great beat, and a B side that puts them in the vanguard of garage rock... dance style a la Swinging Medallions. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Philips Records factory sleeve. The A label is Mint, but the B label has very light storage wear (see scan). The wax grades a strong EX, reflecting light scuffing mainly on the A side. The audio sounds pristine Mint.
