Little Honda/ Hot Rod High

Here's a very nice copy of this classic Surf/Cars Rock anthem, penned by Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys. This single is made doubly good via the equally classic (though less well known) B side rocker. This is the first pressing, on the black Mercury label. Note: This copy comes in a vintage Mercury Records factory sleeve. The labels and vinyl (styrene) exhibit some slight storage wear, grading a strong EX (the A side label's ringwear is mostly too faint to be captured in the scan). The audio is a different story: I would be grading the audio Mint overall (and the B side audio does meet that standard) but for 2-spins-worth of faint static at the beginning of the A side track, which lowers the otherwise Mint audio for side A to Near Mint.
