From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. This was the first single by George Clinton's new funk conglomeration, Funkadelic. Even in 1969, he called the sound "A Parlia-Funkadalic-ment Thang," in recognition of the tight interplay between the Parliament and Funkadelic sides of the man's universe. This first single is a wonderfully strange funk foray, with an instrumental version on the flip.
