My Little Cottage (By The Sea)/ Hangover From Love

This is a new, unplayed stock copy from the collection. "Cottage" is a terrific, Motown-style dancer written and produced by Bobby Martin, and after one listen it's easy to understand why it's so sought-after. The flip is an equally engaging ballad. This appears to have been Fluffy Falana's only recorded output. Note: This copy has pristine labels except for a black "X" on the A side. The vinyl grades very close to mint, with no scuffs and only a tiny bit of storage wear to lower its grade to Near Mint. After a cleaning, the audio, I'm pleased to report, shines through pristine Mint on both sides! This single was sold through the Louise Neal Auctions page.
