Not Fade Away/ I Wanna Be Your Man

Here's a beautiful copy of the Rolling Stones' first U.S. chart single. This is the second (1965) pressing on the London turquoise "swirl" label (the first pressing was on the purple London label). The A side is an astonishing cover of the old Crickets classic with a beat in tribute to Bo Diddley, and the flip is their take on a Lennon-McCartney throwaway (oops, I didn't mean that, did I?). Note: This copy comes in a vintage London Records factory sleeve. The labels and vinyl (styrene) exhibit faint storage wear, grading Near Mint (see scan). The audio, mixed so incredibly hot on both tracks, sounds pristine Mint.
