Stereo/Mono promo copy. This is a beautiful copy of the Four Seasons' last chart single for Philips before taking a break from hit-making until 1975, when they returned big-time with "Who Loves You" and "December 1963 (Oh What A Night)." I'm sure the dismal showing of this single was disheartening to the group and their producer, since both the song and its arrangement are actually quite splendid. It was also the first (and only?) single that was credited to "Frankie Valli & the 4 Seasons." Note: The flip side of the sleeve has a short promo/bio of the band.
