This is the original version of the great Chip Taylor song, a delicate and powerful rendition (co-produced by the author) that's at least as good as, if not better than, the Merrilee Rush hit recording. I'm adding a snippet to the jukebox so you can have a listen if you don't already know this version. Note: This copy comes in a vintage Cameo/Parkway Records factory sleeve. The vinyl has light surface noise that's audible in the soft passages but disappears otherwise (listen to mp3 snippet for a sample).
