Charley/ Last Date

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. OK... listen to the jukebox snippet of the A side and tell me that this isn't the same bass riff that David Essex & company put down for 1973's pop smash "Rock On". Well, it's close anyway. This great soul band put out a couple of smashing soul instrumental singles in the mid-1960's before morphing into Charles Wright's Watts 103rd St. Rhythm Band.
