Here's a beautiful copy of the group's biggest hit, which revived an obscure Jeff Barry-Ellie Greenwich tune that had failed to get airplay earlier in the year for girl group The Exciters. (The Exciters version, titled simply Do-Wah-Diddy, reached only #78 when released in January of 1964.) Note: This 45 record comes in a vintage Ascot factory sleeve. The labels are Near Mint in appearance. The vinyl (styrene) looks almost untouched, and the powerful audio grades pristine Mint!
