This 1963 release was credited only to 'The Shondells.' This Snap issue indicates that it was nationally distributed by Red Fox Records from Pittsburgh, PA. When rereleased by Roulette in 1966, the song hit #1 in June and became the first big single for Tommy James and the Shondells. Note: This is a beautiful, Near Mint copy. The labels have a little ringwear on the B side.
