Heartbeat/ Well . . . . All Right

This great single was the last one Buddy & the Crickets released before that fateful airplane trip to Fargo, ND, in January 1959. It's worth noting that in the more than 8 years Classic 45s has been in business, this is the first time I've been able to find a copy of this one?thus filling a longstanding hole in my collection of singles from Dave Marsh's list of the 1,001 greatest ones! In this case, the song Marsh includes is the B side.

Note:Credited to Buddy Holly. This single is from a large collection we've purchased whose records typically have mint audio and near-mint vinyl. The labels are typically near mint as well, but the owner had a habit of writing the record's release date in small print on the B side label. In this case, the date appears on the "Heartbeat" side.
