This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the

collection, in its original Liberty Records sleeve. The A side is a Coasters-like rocker, and the flip is a lovely ballad. Nerd alert: Interestingly, this promo for Liberty 55423 has dramatically different typesetting and text layout than
one I sold a couple of months ago from the same collection. I have noticed this several times as I explore the Louise Neal collection: Some promo releases (and even ones, like this one, that weren't hits) appeared with multiple label variations (differences in typesetting and text layout), just as stock copies of U.S. 45s from the 1950s-70s commonly do. Note: This copy's labels have a faint trace of ringwear that keeps the Label grade from Mint. I had initially graded the vinyl (styrene) pristine Mint, but after noticing a very slight, no-impact warp, I decided on a grade of Near Mint. Fortunately, like nearly all the unplayed 45s in the Neal collection we've processed to date, the grooves preserve pristine Mint audio.
