People Are Strange/ Unhappy Girl

This EX-graded 45 comes in a beautiful Near Mint copy of the single's rare picture sleeve (this is the first copy I've seen in decent condition in my over-40-years of collecting and selling). Note: The bright, shiny and flat picture sleeve has a minimum of top-edge wear and virtually no ringwear; it does have a small staple hole in one top corner (see scan). The record itself isn't of collectable appearance (weak EX labels with a small "D.C" inked on the A side, and only VG appearance of the scuffed-looking wax), but it does have beautiful, nearly Mint audio with virtually no surface noise or distortion.
