From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original picture sleeve. This is the first release of these songs on 45 rpm, on the purple Capitol label with the "reeded" edging. A curious factoid about the "Sgt. Pepper" album: It and the "White album" are the only Beatles LPs that had no singles released from them... Until 1978 and this single. Note: This Mint copy comes in a Near Mint picture sleeve, which has some notable top-edge wear.
