Shades/ Lady Margaret

Max Waller's description from the great Fuzz, Acid & Flowers book says it all about this rare single:
Shades kicks off like a certain Bob Lind folk-pop classic, whilst the flip is another matter:- weeping Eastern guitars, tablas, suitable stony vocals and numerous start/stops - still poppy but infused with incense.
The Capes were a Chicago garage band that only released this and one other single on Round. According to Waller, this is the better of the two singles.
