Well, I always knew John Fred was from Louisiana, but I had no idea he started out in such an RnB vein! This is an amazing record, a truly great example of classic New Orleans RnB... from an unexpected source. Incidentally, the B side label and audio are mint. Credited to 'John Fred and the Playboys.'
