The bio of this talented singer is a story of various missed and wasted opportunities, the highlight being his rejection of the opportunity to provide lead vocals for a new band Jimmy Page was putting together, to be called Led Zeppelin. *groan* This single is a great demonstration of his vocal range and why Page was interested... It was not released in the U.K. for some strange reason and was ignored in the U.S., but it's perfect evidence for making the case that Terry Reid deserves a brighter place in rock history texts. Note: This copy comes in a vintage Epic Records factory sleeve. This styrene pressing has pristine audio. The labels are also mint, though the Mono side's inking is on the light side.
