Uptight (Everything's Alright)/ Purple Rain Drops

Man, it's hard to get yours hands on a fine copy of this single, which is probably the greatest record Stevie Wonder made in the 1960s (Dave Marsh gives it spot #44 in his list of the 1,001 greatest singles of Rock'n'Soul!). Essential Motown! The audio on this beautiful Near Mint pressing is glorious, in that big, sparkly way Motown had of mixing their vinyl singles back then. This is a first-pressing copy with the "Globes" Tamla logo. By the way, the B side is a non-album cut. Note: This 45 record comes in a vintage Tamla Records factory sleeve. The labels and vinyl grade very close to Mint, and the audio is close to Mint as well. (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
