We Were Lovers (When The Party Began)/ Having My Fun

This is a new, unplayed stock copy from the collection, in its original U.A. Records factory sleeve. For some reason, Neal received multiple copies of this release — one of the group's last on United Artists. Though the matrix numbers suggest the girl group romp "Having My Fun" was the A side, the single's introduction in Bilozoard magazine calls out "We Were Lovers" as the plug side. And indeed, it is the better song and performance. Note: These copies need light cleaning, but the audio sounds pristine even after a quick wipe with a damp cloth followed by a buff.
