This was a non-album single. The flip is 'Sisters O Sisters' by Yoko. The label features a very cool photo transformation of John to Yoko. Credited to John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band with Elephant's Memory and the Invisible Strings. Note: The 45 itself has Mint labels and pristine sound. The rare picture sleeve is nice but has been taped on three edges.
