Here's a beautiful copy of this relatively unknown 1965 Northern Soul gem. Both sides are well worth seeking out, though I'm partial to the A side personally. Collector Nerd Alert: This is the rarer variant that has "TX" at the end of the "matrix number" on the B side, which reportedly means this pressing has a different (more desirable) mix of vocals and strings. Note: The A label ("Paradise") has a couple of smudge marks (see scan), but the B label is pristine. The vinyl looks Near Mint, though a tiny scratch at the beginning of the B side ("Take It Baby") causes an unobtrusive "pop" for about 10 spins at the beginning of the track. The A side audio is pristine Mint, but the B side is Near Mint owing to the light "pops", which happen to be pretty much in beat.
