This is a new, unplayed promo copy from the

collection. This was the group's first chart single under their new name (they had previously had singles as The Ohio Untouchables, who were the backup band for the Falcons on LuPine). It would be several years until their second chart single in 1971, and at this juncture the group is clearly feeling its way toward Funk on the awesome A side. The flip is another story... more of a Northern Soul-style number that's also worth seeking out. Note: This Mint copy's only notable flaw is a faint bit of storage wear on the B side label, as well as very light color fading of the white labels. The vinyl and audio are pristine.
