Originally released on Stax 210. Note that this tune ranks even higher on Dave Marsh's list of the 1,001 greatest 45s than the duo's classic "Soul Man" on the flip. This is a like-new copy of the excellent, highly sought-after Atlantic Oldies reissue on the silver/black label. In general, the Atlantic Oldies series is one of the best reissue series ever released; the series designers were careful to use the original 45 mixes, and in this case the original Mono mix sounds stunning.
