A Taste of Honey is an American funk and disco band that rose to prominence in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The group, composed notably of vocalist Janice-Marie Johnson and percussionist Hazel Payne, is best known for their hits "Boogie Oogie Oogie" and a cover of Kyu Sakamoto's "Sukiyaki."
