Bustin' Waves/ Hawaiian Surf

This little 45 is so obscure I could find only one reference to it anywhere on the web. A small radio station in Phoenix, the home of the record label Surfboard, played the A side in January 2011. I've written to ask if they have any more details about the group and will add those here if I get any. In the meantime, I can tell you that the A side is a furious surf-rock instrumental, with impressive guitar lead by John Kennedy (no, not that John...). The B side is a nice example of the slower side of surf.
