Note that this single is "Produced by Apple Music Ltd." According to Vernon Joynson (The Tapestry of Delights book), "Elevator" was used in a promo film by Paul McCartney and was recorded at Albert Memorial Hall in London. Note: The label grade reflects ringwear (see scan). This copy comes in a vintage Equinox Records factory sleeve.
