Foot Stomping - Part 1/ Part 2

I wonder if this is where the Four Seasons and, later, the Supremes, got the idea for that foot-stomping intro on songs like "Sherry" and "Where Did Our Love Go"? You also hear it on other hits from the early 1960s, like "Denise" by Randy & the Rainbows. Certainly, it's the same beat and sound. Perhaps... ! If so, this is the earliest record I know of that uses this very catchy technique. The B side is credited to The Ramrocks.
