Getting Mighty Crowded/ Chained To A Memory (Why Am I?)

I first heard this great Van McCoy tune in a cover version by Elvis Costello, who had released it in 1980 on an obscure single and then on the "Taking Liberties" LP collection. What a treat to hear the glorious Mint audio on this original 1964 version by Betty Everett! Check out the mp3 "snippet" in our "jukebox." By the way, this was a non-album single. Note: This beautiful copy has Mint labels (sorry about the "moire" pattern on the scan... it's because the label is so shiny), and the vinyl looks almost untouched. The audio sounds pristine Mint!
