Earlier in 1967, this terrific tune had gone unnoticed by radio on the flip side of the Four Tops hit 'Bernadette', and it was ignored again when released by this great 1960's diva. How did one of Holland-Dozier-Holland's finest tunes make it through all this time without breaking into the Hot 100, let alone the Top 40? The single has a fine recording on the flipside, too. This is a beautiful copy of the original U.S. release, which has become increasingly rare in recent years.
