Morning Has Broken/ I Want To Live In A Wigwam

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy! Looking at the U.S. chart data alone, "Morning Has Broken" was Cat Stevens' biggest U.S. hit single. In second place, with identical chart specs, is 1974's "Another Saturday Night". Like many Stevens' 45s from this period, this one has a B side that's a previously unreleased, non-LP cut. By the way, both of these are Stereo tracks (Mono was still the standard in 1972 U.S. 45s). The picture sleeve is sharp, crisp and shiny, with minimal top edge wear. The record store these came out of wrote "oldie" on the A side label of many of the records, this one included.
