Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band-With A Little Help From My Friends/ A Day In The Life

This is the first release of these songs on 45 rpm, on the purple Capitol label with the "reeded" edging. A curious factoid about the "Sgt. Pepper" album: It and the "White album" are the only Beatles LPs that had no singles released from them... Until 1978 and this single. Note: This copy's picture sleeve has some clear tape applied to the bottom seam (presumably to prevent or repair a split seam).  It also has some writing on the picture sleeve, giving the sleeve an EX grade.   The 45 itself has Near Mint labels and Near Mint vinyl and audio.   The labels have some hard to see writing.
