From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original RCA factory sleeve. This beautiful, haunting sketch of a woman left alone after a long marriage breaks up (it could apply to a widow as well) is one she didn't write, but had the great taste to record! It was even a Top 40 Pop hit, which says a lot about Parton's range as a singer as well as a writer. The Nick DeCaro arrangement is superb. Note: This beautiful copy has light storage wear on the labels, which grade Near Mint. The wax and audio are pristine.
