Tell Me What's Wrong With The Men/ Wash And Wear Love

Well, you can see why folks go crazy for this single! The A side is a scorching, darker take on "Mr. Big Stuff", and the flip is a delightful northern soul dance track, which Kev Roberts included in his list of 100 singles that "bubbled under" his top 500. This copy is pressed on styrene and has stains on both sides of the label, but the vinyl and audio are near mint. Given the rarity of this highly sought after single, prices for the original are well over $1,000 these days. According to a well informed source, the original has a green alligator, the label name is colored red, and the record is pressed on vinyl rather than styrene. This reissue is also out of print, however, and very hard to find. Note: The artist's name is spelled "Varnado" on this release.
