This was the group's first chart singles under their new name (they had previously had singles as The Ohio Untouchables, who were the backup band for the Falcons on LuPine). It would be several years until their second chart single in 1971, and at this juncture the group is clearly feeling its way toward Funk on the awesome A side. The B side of this Trip reissue is "A Little Soul Party", culled from a Trip compilation album of the band's early material. This reissue has Mint labels, but the vinyl has some scuffing and tiny scratches, especially on the B side. The A side audio is Near Mint with just a tiny bit of surface noise; the B side audio is EX, with significant surface noise. The overall audio grade is based on the A side.
