When Will It End / Want Ads

Originally released on Hot Wax 7005. It was only a few months before this Motown-style female group exploded on U.S. radio with the unforgettable "Want Ads," followed closely by the similar, but also loveable, "Stick Up." In late 1970, they were still unknown, and this single just barely managed to scrape the bottom of the Bilozoard "Bubbling Under" chart. The sound is a bit funkier than their usual fare, but the upbeat track is definitely a good dancer. This is a copy of the gold label Buddah "Radio Active Gold" reissue.
