You Dropped A Bomb On Me/ Lonely Like Me

From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy. Though they contributed mightily to the sound that made 1970's funk so great, if I had to pick one to include in a list of the 1001 greatest singles ever made, it might very well be this one, which was Dave Marsh's choice for #874 in his list. For me, it would be hard to choose between this and "Early in the Morning," since they're both essential tracks in the history of Funk. :-) Note: This copy's label is graded near mint because of some unobtrusive "bubbling" (see scan). The audio is pristine mint.
