You're So Fine/ Goddess of Angels

This great recording is actually a point at which the Doo-Wop sound crossed over into gospel Soul territory. One of the great moments in the history of rock 'n' roll. As Dave Marsh says, while including this as #346 in his list of the 1001 greatest hits of Rock and Soul, You're So Fine 'is arguably the first soul hit.' Lead singer is Joe Stubbs, Levi's brother. This is the an early Silver Spotlight reissue on United Artists, in its U.A. factory sleeve. The record looks and sounds like new.
